Our lamb is 100% grass fed and grass finished. Babydoll meat is a Heritage meat, is exquisite and mildly flavoured. The lambs are antibiotic and hormone free. Our lambs are raised on our farm and are able to forage for grasses which results in lean and tender meat. We practice sustainable farming and are a no spray farm so the meat is as natural as possible. Babydoll meat is considered the Angus of lamb and is in a league of it's own.
Now taking pre orders for winter 2024 / spring 2025 lambs:
WHOLE LAMB:
- Whole lambs will have hanging weight of approximately 35 - 45 lbs
- Cost is $14 / hanging weight lb.
- Traditional cuts include lamb shoulder, leg of lamb, rack of lamb, lamb neck, lamb shanks, lamb chops and ground lamb (in 1lb packages)
- Processed weigh average 21 - 27 lbs
- Bones, organs, fat upon request
